1. Infrastructure & Subscription Policy
Grom Growth builds websites for a one-time fee and provides hosting and CRM access on a recurring monthly basis. Because our hosting services require immediate server allocation and software licensing, we do not offer prorated refunds for canceled hosting subscriptions. The one-time website build fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation & 12-Month Commitment
If you have joined a subscription, you must remain in the subscription for a full calendar year (12 calendar months). If you decide to cancel before the 12 calendar month period is up, you must pay a $1,000 early termination fee immediately upon cancellation. Additionally, you must give at least 30 days notice before cancelling, otherwise you will be charged for the next period.
3. No Prorated Refunds & Chargeback Waiver
No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for partially used months of hosting. You explicitly waive your right to chargebacks or payment disputes of any kind. Upon completion of 12 consecutive months of hosting (or payment of the early termination fee), you are eligible to export your website files if you choose to migrate to an independent hosting provider. Otherwise, upon cancellation, website hosting and CRM access are terminated at the end of the billing period following the 30-day notice.
